Christmas at Stourhead

For the past three or four years, after the house is normally closed for winter, several of the rooms at Stourhead are decorated for Christmas. This year was the best yet! This photo really doesn't do it justice, not least because the light levels are kept low to protect the paintings, so I had to ramp up the ISO as high as I could.

And for the past couple of years, the four of us have gone out for a meal on the Sunday before Christmas. This year was no exception!
