a precious christmas gift

next stop on the grand tour... we headed into London to meet up with some of my best buddies that I've known since university.

Lisa and her family are over from Sweden and our pal Laura and her lovely hubby were hosting everyone for lunch and juggling feeding the house guests with also being new parents to little sylvia who is now 8 weeks old... Then to top it all off we went over to see our friend Kate in the hospital as she was recovering from having this little precious bundle who is just 1 day old. We were three clucking  and cooing aunties this afternoon...
It's lovely how our little group of friends from all those years ago has become a big rabble of extended family.
