Where's Waldo?

Hint:  Waldo is the Northern Shoveler in this flush of American Wigeons. My bird book says they are both here year-around but I only see them in the winter so it's always nice to welcome them back. :-)
I really like this shot but the quality leaves much to be desired.  Like my Kingfisher from last week, I'm posting it anyway and hoping I will see a big improvement with a new camera.  Deciding which one I want is the only thing holding me back :-\
