Finished At Last

I spent another day in Doncaster, decorating the kitchen, putting up new blinds and putting the finishes touches to the play area - adding little book racks and fitting a gate system to enclose the area.

Here you can see the finished result - with my radiator cover and the 'chalkboard wall' on the left. I didn't get time to build the toy box which is going to sit under the books.

We managed to get the new occupier to test drive it before bedtime and although it looks pretty bare at the moment, I fully expect the floor to be completely covered in toys by the end of Christmas day
