Day 2 in San Francisco

We went to Alcatraz. This is the view from the Island. The island is offshore 2.4 km from San Francisco. 

I didn't know what to expect in the prison. The audio tour was interesting and helped me understand the prison. San Francisco looked and felt so near yet so far.
