Mass tourism

Pisa has some wonderful monuments and a great history there for all to see. But, where there are crowds of tourists there exists also the "tat" by which the vendors wish us to remember the sites and the sights. 'Twas ever thus! Here, on Christmas Eve 2014 there were tourists from, it seems, every conceivable place on Earth - of whom I was one. Happy Christmas everyone.
