Memory Box

A few weeks ago Guernsey Nix blipped a box she had been given by her sons with lots of little bit of paper in it written to her by her sons.  This started me thinking.  I thought it was a lovely idea.

My Mom has dementia which is progressing apace .  She still remembers things from some time ago but struggles with everyday things and is increasingly more anxious and frightened.

I decided to adapt the box idea and found this one on the German Market in Birmingham and members of the family have written little messages and memories for her to read when she is able to deal with that.  In the hope that they will give her some pleasure...
