a couple of beautiful birds on the beach

I went for  a walk along Selsey Beach and i was delighted to see the amazing wildlife.  Although i am not a bird person, and have no idea what they are called, i just thought they could be a beautiful husband and wife. frollicking on the beach before going home to their offspring.  BANG back to reality.....
