"Them dirty boys turn your pound cake to red velve

This is a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting sprinkled with popping candy. It is my favourite type of cake and my favourite type of frosting. My cousin makes this for many bakeries around Dublin. It is divine. I'll start my diet tomorrow, again! This is too good to forego.
