At the beach with Adri and Mareile

Went with friends to Camp Bay to hang out in the sunshine, catch up and have a swim. It was beautiful, the sand was really hot, the water was warm-ish, lots of groups of people on the beach having a good time.

Before my cancer, when we went to the beach we would get there, have a swim, usually along the beach and back for some exercise or catch some waves, get out and come home. Twice now, I have gone to the beach to just enjoy being there. Maybe that is one of the things I needed to learn....
