Vader,Buttercup and Fiona

Everyone gets special attention at our home on Christmas, even the dogs.  They get decorated with bows, stockings full of toys and special Christmas Cookies.  Moira had so much fun picking out Christmas Cookies at the Dog store for them.  She really thought long and hard who would get the snowman, the ornament or snowflake shaped dog cookie.  Of course, it took less than 30 seconds for the dogs to eat the treats.  But she throughly enjoyed the process and the dogs were licking their lips for more!  The black cocker spaniel in the Star Wars sweater is Moira's dog, Vader.  Thank you all for praying and thinking about Buttercup during her surgery and recovery.  She is really doing well now and Fiona is happy her sister is not wearing a cone anymore! The next step is more blood work to find out what medicine and special diet she will need for 2015.   Dogs are a big expense and a lot of work and sometimes I wonder is it all worth it.  When I look into their sweet faces, I say yes.  But when they howl at 3:00 in the morning, I have a very different opinion!  Happy Day after Christmas to everyone!
