What I've Done

Emma - first and last days of Sixth form

Emma's last day of Upper Sixth before her revision leave, so she baked a cake (centre) with the names of all her form-mates around the edge, certainly one way of ensuring everybody gets a piece. The cake is flanked by a picture of Emma's first day of Lower sixth in 2010, (on the left) and one of her taken this morning, on her last day of Sixth form (on the right) A slight cheat on blip rules with the left-hand part of the picture, but how else can I tell the story!

The rest of the pic, including the cake, was taken this morning.

I took our active walking workshop up to Alcock Tarn, which nestles 1000 feet above Grasmere, steep ascent, equally steep, zig-zag descent, but the views on the way were amazing, and Alcock tarn itself, although very small, was fascinating.
