I know what Jimbob will say ..

On Christmas Eve I was trying to help my better half by cutting up the swede, an essential Christmas veg in our family. Unfortunately the knife slipped and pierced my skin just below my wedding ring. An awkward place for a cut to heal, given the constant movement of the hand and the position of said wedding ring. So for the first time in 25 years I have not had my wedding ring on. It just doesn't feel right.
And I know what Jim the bob will say: you are your own health and safety officer and should have worn gloves!
