Ngunduh Mantu

A wedding reception at my Sister-in-Law's house.

The word " ngunduh " itself comes from the Javanese language means taking something that has been mature . So the term ngunduh mantu can be understood as the procession took the son-in-law that already quite mature.
Ngunduh Mantu is made to introduce the groom to the great family of the bride. And this is also a form of announcement to the neighbors that the bride is already married.
