1000 miles!

Today I ran my 1000th mile this year! we are up in Staffordshire for my friends 50 th birthday party and had planned to do the local Hanley parkrun. It was cancelled due to the snow and ice.
I had restless legs all morning, despite a walk into town for a coffee because the parkrun 3 miles would have been completed the 1000.
So, before lunch, despite the cold, me and my son Ben headed out for a chilly 4 mile run around the hilly lanes.
