East Meets West.

This is me at the Meridian line marker, East Court, East Grinstead. I have my left foot in the East and my right in the West. This stone, formed from iron, was put in the formal gardens of the mansion to celebrate the Millenium. Passers by are encouraged to touch the stone so that over time it will be transformed. Already the wording on the marker has weathered and faded and is not very clear to read. I am now home after having a lovely time with daughter, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
