TeaseI (Dipsacus sylcestris)

This plant is the bane of my life, every time I walk through the woods around us I seem to get covered by these seed heads.

Gripped by their hooked spines they are almost impossible to remove, if they are not in your coat they are attached to your gloves or in your hair, I'm not sure how they achieve this but its a fact.

But by far the most susceptible targets are either Hector or Ziggy our Bedlington Terriers. The pair are plagued with the wretched thing from now until the early spring when they finally decay and disappear.
