Granada

The city of Granada in Spain is called after the pomegranate. It is a fruit with a long history of cultivation and has been revered for its health giving properties. The Ancient Egyptians all but worshipped it. It tried my hand at deseeding a couple today following the method recommend in a little youtube video. Worked a treat. These examples are not very juicy but do brighten up the look and taste of salads.
