Many thanks for all your kind comments on yesterday's tree blip and for your commiserations/best wishes for my broken arm.  At the fracture clinic this morning and no need to plaster the blighter - clean break, not a lot of pain, left arm (I'm right-handed), so really if I have to suffer a broken limb, this is the one to get.  No trouble walking so fitness building continues :))
