King Vulture

Once I defrosted my car again, this morning, I went with Husband to Colchester Zoo; we haven't been at this time of year before.

I took quite a few images and enjoyed seeing and hearing the roar of the Lion and seeing the fantastic wing-span of the Condor (3.2 metres).

This King Vulture began busily preening itself, as soon as it saw us with our cameras, but I managed to capture it, in-between preens.
