Bell tower and locomotive weather vane

This bell tower and locomotive theme weather vane adorn the formerMidland Railways offices in Derby, now renovated and incorporated in "The Roundhouse" site of Derby College.

The weather vane looks small from ground level but is in fact 6 feet long.
