Biodynamics..........2015

So impressed with Cullens Willyabrup Biodynamic vege garden, vineyard and winery.

We have been getting into organic vege gardening this year and had some good tomatoes, potatoes, zucchinis and herbs harvested.

During these holidays have eaten at Cullens' restaurant a couple of times and really enjoyed their natural foods which claim to be prepared using around 90% from their sustainable garden. Popped a foto of their huge mulberry tree and the delicious dessert they were serving made from the mulberries in this collage. Their honey icecream made from Biodynamic (?) bees was unreal!

Their wines are excellent and exported all around the world and believe you can get them in the UK.

Have been reading about the principles of planting according to the phases of the moon and are going to give it a try this year!

Hopefully we won't have as many bugs as Blip has had these last couple of weeks!!!
