mesmerising

there is something special about a high-rise skyline - especially when it's on a coastline like this. Early morning surf for the boys - I tagged along to have a meander after a short dip (pleased to not lose the car key in the water). I did the stairs 3 times. It was Tuesday after all.

Home to turn the thermomix back on & continue batching up more pastes....asian, italian, meat & veg combinations achieved...well, its hard to know whats going to come out given the salty nature of the finished product to assist in its shelf life...

Dinner at the casino with the grand folk & the cool aunty/uncle combo ....nice to see the oldies getting a few drinks in (easy when they're free)

After the few days of delightful rain - we now have hot & ugly humidity.  Ugly really is the only way to describe it.
