Happy New Year

Big fireworks display in Downtown Dubai with the centrepiece once again being the Burj Khalifa.
They had covered one whole side of the Burj with LED lights to create the worlds largest LED screen. Unfortunately I was stood around the other side, it also happened to be the way the wind was blowing so the second half of the display was a bit shrouded in smoke.
It was a very impressive display none the less, especially when the fireworks started going off from the rooftops of the surrounding buildings.
