Barbrooks Rule Ok?

Another Sunday morning, another Local Run done. This time though their was Barbrook fever down the common with my Mother being joined by her two brothers, David and Matty, and Matty's three boys Joe, Finley and Harry. All performed admirably though special thanks and congratulations to Joe for putting up with me for the 3 miles and David for his first run for many years - great job!
