Koel drying after a very heavy rain, this morning

here is a koel, of which wrote a few days ago.

today all day in our room again...still not well. missing lots of music and dance....so i keep looking out of our window. today not so many animals, or birds. all the tremendous noise of last night may have scared them away.


the internet works well today: and i am listening to Beverly Sills in 1969 Rossini's L'Assedio di Corinto- enough to break your heart and lift your soul at the same time. how much can a human endure?( the font went strange....i see no way to correct that here...)

 another thing. it baffles me how many different arts humans have created. here e have been listening to so many wonderful hours of exquisite Carnatic music and then the Sills singing in such totally different way-


there is SO MUCH BEAUTY!!
