Silk Out Of A Sows Ear?

Yesterday (1st January) was my last day in Malta and it was chucking it down with rain again. Just before checking out of my hotel I took a few snaps out of the window again but didn't have a chance to do anything with them. This morning (2nd January) when I looked at them they were all blurry:-( I took the best one onto Photoshop and played with some filters. Not great but better than I started with.
