( Partialy ) Carbon Neutral

I pass this new building each time I swim. Given that UEA has the major climate science dept in the country, I guess someone must have felt it was getting embarrassing that so much stuff being built wasn't carbon neutral.
So here's their gesture : partial cos they didn't have the money, though you'd never know that from the cgi image with the blurb.
Part of the roof is thatch : supports local skills I  guess.
