Leaving Lanta

My final day on Koh Lanta was mainly spent saying goodbyes. First to Alex (after 10 nights sharing a bungalow), then to a guy from Canada I met on Koh Lipe and then to The Angels.

I went back to The Angels bar so I could speak to the wife and I ended up spending lots more time chatting to them. She invited me to eat with them. Unfortunately I didn't have time.

I'm going to miss Lanta. Over two separate trips I've spent four weeks on the island and feel like I could stay there for months and make it my temporary home.
