Legs Of Jelly & Hips Of Lead..

Although I lead quite an active lifestyle, my philosophy on exercise is simply "No Pain....No Pain" and along with watching Sound Of Music, going to the gym is on my 'Never Gonna Happen' list. 

But in order to keep up with Johnny, I need to increase my fitness level..so an obvious starting point was to go on a brisk hillwalk on the days when I am not riding. The hill behind our house is a 12% climb so it seemed a good idea. This morning, dragging Sushi with me, feeling a bit like the Grand Old Duke Of York off we set, we saw these prints that did make me think that there were easier ways to get up the hill, even more so that I now have legs of jelly and hips of lead...
