Happy new year!!

During the day we were making our way to a museum when we came across a cute Christmas market. After wandering around in there for an hour or two, we continued past checkpoint Charlie and along the Berlin wall to find the Topography of Terrors closed :( We could see some of the parts where Jews were tortured but I wish we could have gone in! We then went to look at the checkpoint Charlie before heading back for a nap. 
After nap time, we headed to Brandenburg gate for a huge party with bands and fireworks. Entry closed quite early so we arrived at 7. The fireworks were amazing and we saw the hoff!
