Buried...

...under a mountain of paperwork and letter writing today. I'm usually quite meticulous about this but somehow the last month seems to have slipped by unnoticed. 

This blip has been a bit of an eye opener for me and made me realise just how old I'm getting. I thought that 10 seconds would be plenty of time to dash behind the coffee table and get down on the floor. That wasn't too bad but getting back up again out of a tight space...not so easy. I had to do more than one take, so regretted not using my remote controller :-( 

My New Year's resolution ought to be yoga or Tai Chi classes but somehow I can't see me having the courage.
