Power of the Pie

What you need for dinner after the first day back at work is pie. Pie with top and bottom pastry for extra pie. And your veg because it is January and you are full of virtue. Top dinner.

And (for the people who have been worrying about me going back to work to a normal schedule today) I am fine. My leg hurts a bit but will be fine by morning and I do not feel like I am about to die of exhaustion. So all will be well tomorrow to go back again. 

I have even just spent the time waiting for the kettle to boil practising my power hooping. Most exercise is achieved by picking the bloody thing up from the floor but tiny bits of progress are being made.
