Hundred of colours...? - Backblip

The village/city Puerto de Mogan has three different kind of areas: 1) old village - 2) harbour area - 3) new area.
The old village is climbing on the mountain on the west side of the valley. This area is  rather worn out but also very charming - this pic is taken there on my way towards the viewpoint above the village.
You've seen the harbour area as the blip on 27th Dec - this is the village area which seems to be very old but it is actually planned by an Italian architect sometimes in the beginning of 1960's. Fishing boats, sailing boats, a few hotels, many houses with apartments and a lot of restaurants can be found here. And tourists! Many Gran Canaria tourists make a one day visit in the village but they leave the village rather early and that's why the atmosphere is very tranquil in the evenings.
The new area with a couple of hotels and houses with apartments is not similar other tourism areas on Gran Canaria, e.g. no high buildings are allowed to be built  - thanks for it!
We'll see what's going to happen here within a few years - the motor way is ready since 2013 and a lot of things can be different within a few years.
