Screw this!!

I sent this picture to Cameraworld shop today. It is a second hand tripod head I bought there before Christmas. Today I eventually fitted it and when I tried to attach a Nikon DSLR, I found out that the tripod screw is too big for the camera mount! Most frustrating. They will be coming back to me tomorrow with thoughts and suggestions - we'll see.
