Battle against the bulges

Well yes ... it's that time again, or better it is the first day of eating moderately, sensibly, without snacking and with as few carbs and  as little (bad) fat as possible. Time to check measurements and weight :-( It's really to do with good health, my knees certainly won't get better if I don't lose weight. And if I can't walk much, nor squat, taking pictures is getting more difficult too. So onwards to a healthier lifestyle ...
