Back to work

Back to work today. Half day in surgery, reacquainted with my little friend, DrCerec- see above! We work well together!

A bit of office work, then a visit to physio this afternoon. Sore forearm, sore neck, lower back pain, and a tender, clicky knee. Oh the joys of sporty, young head on a middle aged body, frustrating! On the plus side, arm feeling much easier tonight.....
