..... bum bum.


Since my ankle injury 14 months ago when I managed so snap two ligaments, I've not been able to do as much in the way of exercise as I use to. I haven't change my diet and over that time have gone from 73KG ( which I'd been since the age of 18 ) to 84Kg and my BMI is now officially overweight FAT.

My ankle is feeling a lot more stable now so it must be time to get back to running and cycling more regularly. I run because I enjoy it but the advantage should be that I will get back in to shape ( well, one that isn't round ). So today's blip is .....


..... Fattie bum bum.
