It's Nice and warm inside

Today was bitterly cold with strong winds. I felt wind blown and frozen as a Popsicle going to and from the University Hospital in Newark today. I finally got to meet with the top spinal specialist.
He was brilliant and I was mesmerized listening to him speak. He put all my fears to rest and told me that surgery was not necessary. I can treat my flare ups with physical therapy and nerve block shots.
It was nice to come home to a warm fire and breath a sigh of relief.
I still have one more dr appt this week but hopefully it will go well also. Some snow tomorrow morning. A photo op? Hope so.
