Treats?

No! it is NOT time yet. 

 The cats are running around like mad and seem to be having a little cabin fever today since it turn very cold... -8ºF ( -26ºC) at wake up time. It never has risen much above that all day. 
The Canadian Arctic Air and the Siberian Arctic winds are having their party right above Central NY state. Tomorrow night, after snow all day, we can expect as low as -19ºF. 
We will all be needing treats by then.
