Hassle from Triage about moving onwards in the work program - made me feel like getting up and running from the meeting.

My best friend's birthday. His mum died last year so he knows how things hurt. We drank coffee went for KFC and Krispy Kreme. He's one of the few people in my life that I can truly be honest and be myself with. In small doses.
