New year new start.
I now back on the health and fitness regime after around a month and a half off start stop exercise. I'm now back on the exercise wagon and I'm also setting up a few challenges for this year to help motivate me back to my previous fitness level. It's going to involve a lot of weights, circuits and cycling. The plus side is, I'll start taking my camera out on rides with me. So that may be good news for some of you, or it may not. :-)
