Urban Adventure

Something about going on a train always makes me feel excited - even if it's just the cross-city line into Birmingham.

Had lunch at Yorks Bakery - an independent where they serve the yoghurt and fruit smoothies in jam jars - great suggestion of Beth's. J and I had smoked salmon and eggs on their sourdough.

Saw this artwork behind the old library while trying to find B's College. Not sure if it's a tribute to peace, but did make me think of the murdered journalists and policemen in Paris.
