Big R is demonstrating the way he learned how to more easily get up off the floor, which is more difficult as a post injured senior, from our friend K who is down from Alaska--she is another highschool friend of mine.  I've had her on blip in the past as she came down twice---after each of my knee surgeries to help out and visits often..
