I've been meaning to walk down here and have a look at this building for a while - Beck drives past it on her way into work and it always catches the eye. It's the Student Union building of NTU, I believe (or 'The Polly' as those of us of a certain age still refer to it) - not having a big sign outside with any other name (like Maudesley, Chaucer or the Newton Building.) Certainly it's very different from the building where I saw Fugazi, P J Harvey and the like back in the early nineties.
