ColourSeries - Stained Glass

Chester Cathedral has some beautiful stained glass windows.

Although the Cathedral itself is thought to date back to 1093, the stained glass was badly damaged by the Parliamentary Troops and the replacements are mainly 19th and 20th century.

This window is one of a series of 3 more modern ones created by Alan Younger to replace ones destroyed in the Second World War.
