8:30am and at work.

Weather was a bit rancid so I opted for a car/bus commute and a run at lunchtime.

Turned out not as bad as forecast, but the run was a welcome shock to the system.

Work was an unwelcome shock to the system. Yesterday felt okay, too.

Utterly wiped out by 8pm.
