Gym failure

Chance meeting with former work colleagues a complete delight. "Have you still got the piano in the hall?"
Answer is a definite yes. But my failure to play is equal to my lack of success on the gym front. Thank goodness I did a decent amount of walking today to counter fitness failure to a degree.......
