I need to update my subscription which has expired, but until then the newsagent will have to do.
Fast Day 2 done and dusted. I'm finding it very easy do far, having yoghurt at morning tea time and a salad with a boiled egg for lunch. Then dinner - tonight pork and veggies. I went over on the calories a little tonight but I figure that it's better than not fasting at all. Determined not to complicate things this time around.
Tomorrow I'm starting Week 2 of C25K. Hoping it will not be too challenging :)
