The Grandeur of Ancient Trees

One of our boys has had a temperature today and we've been keeping him cool, lying under a tree in the garden. It seems it's a bug that's doing the rounds.
Hopefully our two well children plus some others from over the road will make it along to the beach for a swim later.
I went for a walk early this morning, and was in awe of these gnarly ancient pohutukawas, growing out of the Memory Park cliffs.
